  • For any issue with orders we ask that you  notify us immediately and we will resolve it as quickly as possible

  • Yes, we highly recommend that all of our packaging (including pods) is recycled

  • Yes, any of our packaging (including pods) can be picked up (monthly) for offsite recycling

  • Yes, we donate a percentage of all profits to the Sloth Institute of Costa Rica 

  • Yes, there is a $250.00 deposit required for the rental of any of our brewing systems

  • Yes, the agreement can be cancelled at any time but it will result in the forfeit of any deposit 

  • Yes, displays for all products are available and customizable to meet any need

  • Coffee is shelf stable and will remain fresh for one calendar year (365 days)

  • We provide 100%  Arabica coffee beans in a light, medium, dark and extra dark roast

  • At this time our decaffeinated coffee is only available only in pods 

  • You don't have to take delivery of all 600 cups and lids if storage is an issue. You can buy a box of 600 and have them partially delivered monthly with the regular orders.
